-3 years on all the LED Module and LED Strip

-2 years on the Power supply and LED Controller
DongSenLED offers you high quality LED Module and LED Strip which are mainly produced with Epistar chip LED from Taiwan and Samsung LED from Korea.
During the warranty time, We will repair or replace the defected led light with the new led light, free of charge.
The 3 years Warranty applies to the led module and led strip which used according to the Dongsenled’s specification and under the normal condition.
The warranty covers the failures due to the bad material, mostly the led (bad color consistency, heavy brightness decay, etc), and the production defects.
The warranty don’t include the damage caused by the wrong operate and maintance, (such as apply the led module to the wrong voltage), Non professional use, open connectors, non waterproof or bad installation, and also don’t cover the damage caused by accident.
